Discord questions usually get a reply within an hour during business hours. Email response time depends on your plan: Free is best-effort, Pro is 1–2 business days, Team is 24 hours, Enterprise has dedicated CSM coverage with faster SLAs.

Include your account email, the project ID (visible in the project URL), what you expected, what actually happened, repro steps, and a screenshot if the issue is visible. The more specific you are, the faster the team can route and resolve.

Public, generic, or how-to questions go to Discord — other builders may already have the answer. Anything tied to your account, billing, security, or private project data goes to email so we can verify your identity and pull up your account.
