We may use Customer Data (excluding PII) to train and improve our AI models unless you are an (Enterprise Plan) customer or have opted out as described in your plan.

- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Archie.com, our customers, or others

- Customer Data and PII are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by law.
- Deleted project data is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
- Usage Data and de-identified analytics may be retained indefinitely.
- Enterprise Plan customers may request deletion of Customer Data, including removal from training datasets, subject to technical feasibility.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, and regular audits.
6. International Transfers
We may process and store your information in countries outside your place of residence. When we transfer your personal information internationally, we take steps to ensure it is protected in accordance with applicable law.
7. GDPR Compliance
If your use of our Services requires us to process personal data subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and you are an Enterprise Plan customer, we will enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with you upon request.
