## How do I create an Archie account?

Two ways, both free and with no credit card: sign up directly at [app.archie.com](https://app.archie.com), or type your idea into the prompt bar at [archie.com](https://archie.com) and Archie creates your account as part of the flow. You can sign in with Google, Microsoft, GitHub, or email. See [Create an account](/docs/introduction/getting-started/create-an-account).

## How do I manage my profile, notifications, and security?

Everything lives in [My Account](/docs/introduction/account/managing-your-account): your [profile and preferences](/docs/introduction/account/profile-and-preferences), [notifications](/docs/introduction/account/notifications), your [activity](/docs/introduction/account/activity) timeline, and [security](/docs/introduction/account/security) settings like two-factor authentication.

## How do I set up Archie for my team?

Create an [organization](/docs/introduction/organizations/overview). Organizations give your team shared projects, pooled credits, role-based access, and centralized billing. ## How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data from your account settings at any time. If you need help, email [support@archie.com](mailto:support@archie.com).

## How do I get support?

Every user gets help from the [Discord community](/docs/introduction/community-support/community) and by email. Team users get priority email support with a 24-hour response time. Enterprise users get a dedicated customer success manager and priority support channels. ## Who is behind Archie? Who founded it?

Archie was founded by Albert Santalo, a computer engineer, management consultant, and three-time venture-backed entrepreneur based in the United States. Archie's domain, [www.archie.com](https://www.archie.com), was acquired from the beloved Archie Comics brand in 2025.
